No, Parc Safari admission includes access to all areas of the park.

Yes, information about annual passes is available HERE. 

Yes, Parc Safari is Kéroul-certified and fully accessible. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for rent.

Yes, the card is accepted and grants free admission to the companion when shown at the ticket booth.

Yes, parking is free on site.

Yes, charging stations are available near the entrance. Please bring your own cable.

Yes, you may bring your own food and cooler. Picnic areas are available, including one near the parking lot.

Small charcoal or propane BBQs are allowed only in the main picnic area. During droughts, BBQs may be prohibited — please check before your visit.

Canned or boxed alcoholic beverages are permitted in picnic areas. Glass bottles are not allowed.

Parc Safari is a 100% smoke-free zone. Smoking is allowed only in the parking area.

Pets are not allowed. A basic kennel service is available for day visits only.

You can feed animals in the Safari Adventure and Valley of the Deer areas.

You may feed them lettuce, celery, and cucumber only. Please avoid fruits, sweet vegetables, or any processed foods.

Parc Safari reserves the right to close one or more areas without notice or compensation.

Parc Safari remains open rain or shine. Storms may temporarily close the water park for safety reasons.

No, only strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are allowed.

The water park may close temporarily. Pools reopen once the lightning risk has passed.

• Tropical Oasis: minimum 1.22 m (4 ft)
• Wave Ball Pool: minimum 1.22 m (4 ft) in the deep section
• Dolphin Lagoon: no minimum; small slides for ages 5 and under

The affected pool will close temporarily for water treatment. Young children must wear swim diapers.
