We are open year-round. Additionally, opening hours vary by season. Please consult the schedule here.

Yes, parking is free.

Parc Safari is a 100% non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot only.

Parc Safari reserves the right to close one or more sectors without prior notice or refund.

Yes, the site is Kéroul certified and fully accessible. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for rent.

Yes, charging stations are available near the entrance. Bring your cable.

The site remains open rain or shine. Thunderstorms may force the temporary closure of the water park.

It is strictly forbidden to exit your vehicle, even if you wish to take photos.

It is not permitted to move around the site with this type of equipment. Only strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are allowed.

Animals

No animals are allowed on site for health and safety reasons.

You can feed the animals in the Safari Adventure and at the Deer Valley.

Animal visibility may vary depending on weather conditions, season, and the animals' needs and well-being.

You can offer them feed sold at the ticket office and the shop. It is also possible to give them lettuce, celery, and cucumber. Do not offer fruit, sugary vegetables like carrots, or processed foods. The health and well-being of our animals is our priority.

Tickets

Upon arrival at the ticket office, please present:

  • Electronic tickets with code received by email (on phone or printed version).
  • If you are giving tickets as a gift, recipients must present the electronic tickets received by email.

No, the Parc Safari entrance ticket includes all sectors of the park.

Yes, the CAL card is accepted and grants free admission to the companion when presented at the ticket office.

Food and Drinks

Yes, you can bring your own food and cooler. Picnic areas are available, including one near the parking lot.

Small charcoal or propane BBQs are accepted only in the main picnic area. In case of drought, they may be prohibited. Please check before your visit.

Canned or boxed alcohol is permitted in picnic areas, but glass bottles are prohibited.

Water Park

Swimwear must be made of synthetic fabric (nylon, polyester, elastane) and fitted to the body. Cotton clothing is prohibited.

Thunderstorms may force the temporary closure of the water park. Pools reopen once the risk of lightning has passed.

Tropical Oasis: 1.22 meters (4 feet)

Wave Pool: 1.22 meters (4 feet) in the deep zone

Lagoon: no restrictions; section for children 5 years and under

The basin must be temporarily closed for treatment. Young children must wear a swim diaper.
