Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. They must be used during the selected period; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse access in order to maintain control over attendance.
General
I confirm that I have read and understood the safety instructions: Pets are not allowed in the Park. You must not exit your vehicle. All doors must remain closed (tailgate and sliding doors). During the car safari, windows must be kept halfway up to prevent animals from putting their heads inside your vehicle. Do not feed the bison. During the breeding season (September to mid-November), avoid male deer; it is very important not to feed or approach them. You travel at your own risk.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an order confirmation by email does not automatically mean that the order is accepted and is not a confirmation that PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. commits to selling the tickets, products, season passes, gift certificates, or other mentioned products.
PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. reserves the right to reduce its rates and apply discounts without being obliged to refund customers who purchased tickets at the regular price.
PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a quantity limit for any item in an order. At any time, it may be necessary for PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. to verify personal or credit card information before accepting any order.
Legal Warranties
These legal warranties also apply to this sale.
This warranty can in no way reduce or eliminate the manufacturer’s legal warranty where one exists.

Purchase of Season Passes / Electronic Gift Certificates
A few minutes after confirming your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. A receipt will be attached to this message. This email does not grant you access to an event. Only the ticket attached to the email allows you to visit the event you selected. Each electronic ticket is equipped with a barcode. This is a unique code assigned to your transaction and it cannot be photocopied.
The electronic ticket must be presented in paper version or via a mobile phone upon your arrival at PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. The barcode will be scanned on-site. The barcode allows for a single entry.
If multiple tickets were purchased, each ticket presented at the entrance will grant access to the park. If the ticket has already been presented at the entrance, the reader will indicate that it is invalid. If this is the case, a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket must be presented to validate the ticket.
Liability and Refund
The electronic ticket constitutes a contract between the buyer and PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. The buyer agrees to pay the amount indicated on the receipt, including service fees if applicable. The amount charged will appear on the next account statement under the name PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless the event is canceled or postponed. In such a case, the buyer must contact the event promoter or the administration of PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. at (450) 247-2727.
The holder of an electronic ticket assumes all responsibilities regarding risks and dangers that may arise from the activity, whether sustained before, during, or after it, and waives any claim for loss and damage resulting from any cause whatsoever. PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect problems or damages that may occur during the event.
Email Types
It is important to note that the time it takes to receive the confirmation email may vary depending on the type of email service used. In case of non-receipt of this email, the buyer must contact the administration of PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. at (450) 247-2727 OR log back into the Parcsafari.com site, click on Login at the top right, enter their username and password, and then click on the YOUR PURCHASES button. After identity verification, the confirmation email will be resent to the buyer at the email address indicated in their file. If the event is in progress, an attendant can assist you during operating hours.
Recommendations
– Bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket during your visit.
– Protect your ticket like any other valuable object.
– Never buy an electronic ticket from a stranger. It may be an unauthorized copy. The electronic ticket has no resale value.

Price

Taxes

Payment
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card: MasterCard or Visa. The proposed fees must be paid according to the payment procedure described during the registration process. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and charges related to the purchased product, including taxes. PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. may change the price after notifying the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the actual payment of the purchased product. Only the user is responsible for the credit card payment of the proposed service. PARC SAFARI BORÉAL INC. is not responsible for payment problems related to the operation of the e-commerce service.

Evening Event
Product is non-refundable and non-modifiable (date and time)
The event takes place rain or shine. In case of poor weather conditions
(high winds and/or thunderstorms, snow), Parc Safari may delay departures or cancel the activity to ensure everyone’s safety. In case of cancellation, information will be posted on the same day starting at 3 PM on parcsafari.com, as well as on the Park’s Facebook page. For any cancellation made by Parc Safari, ticket holders will be able to select a new date and time slot.
Reservation required for toddlers (ages 2-5).
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is strictly forbidden to consume drugs and alcohol during this activity.
By acquiring your tickets, you acknowledge that you are using the trail at your own risk.
The route is accessible to people with reduced mobility. By acquiring your tickets, you are able to undertake the activity with full knowledge of the facts and by accepting the risks that this activity may involve. You agree to respect all safety rules and other rules imposed by Parc Safari.
Gift Cards
This product is non-refundable and has no cash value. Resale is strictly prohibited and illegal. The gift card amount can be used for the purchase of admission fees, at restaurants, and in the various points of sale at Parc Safari. This gift card is not valid for online reservations and payments. It is not replaceable or refundable in case of loss, theft, or damage.
Annual Memberships
Product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The membership issued by Parc Safari allows holders to have access to the wildlife park at all times during current opening hours (opening hours vary by season).
The membership is valid for a period of one year. The period covered by the membership begins on the date of purchase. Once the purchase is made, the individual must go to Parc Safari to have their photo taken and collect their card before their first visit.
The membership can only be used by its holder and cannot, at any time, be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
The holder’s photo must appear on the membership card.
Membership holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to access the park.
To benefit from park access, the holder must present their membership card at admission. Photo ID may be requested from the membership holder at any time.
In case of damage or loss of cards, a new card can be requested from the administrative office for a fee of $5.
Parc Safari reserves the right to temporarily close the park or certain sections of the park due to extreme weather conditions.
Parc Safari reserves the right to close parts of the park without prior notice.
A membership card can be revoked by Parc Safari at any time if the holder’s behavior does not comply with the safety instructions on the Parc Safari site. No refund or compensation will be granted in such a situation.
